Yay! It took me a few hours to make, but it was worth it! I took the fluffy red feather off a mask from my costume last year, and the pheasant feather I bought in a pack of 2 at A.c. Moore's a while back to make quill pens out of, but I decided to only make one, and I used the extra for this! The white lining is plain white ribbon. I love it, this made me win overall best in a costume contest I was in recently!
